The FreshForce potato ricer is a kitchen tool that is used to easily pulverize piles of cooked potatoes. It has an extra gear mechanism that makes quick work of a pile of cooked potatoes without straining your hands. It can also be used to mash any soft, cooked vegetable, for purees, baby food, soups and stews.
By forcing the cooked potato through a fine mesh sieve, the ricer easily pulverises piles of potato, pronto (say that three times fast).

Simply peel, cook, and pop manageable pieces into the basket of the ricer, place the plate over the food, and squeeze shut while the gear levers it shut, forcing the pieces through the plate.
