The 400 S5 Shredder is a large capacity office shredder designed to shred large quantities of paper, credit cards, CD-ROMs, and floppy disks. It is equipped with an ENERGY SMART system with optical illuminated indicators for power saving standby mode and environmental protection. The shredder has a 24 hour continuous duty motor, heavy duty chain drive with steel gears, and automatic start/stop through electronic eyes. The shredder has an automatic stop when the shred bag is full and an electronic door safety switch. The shredder has an automatic stop and reverse in case of paper jams. The shredder is equipped with a carbon hardened cutting head that takes staples and paper clips. The shredder is mounted on casters and has a motor thermal protection. The shredder comes with a computer form top shelf code 99.003, plastic waste bags (50 pcs.), and certification marks: CB CSA - CE.
