Bean There's Ethiopia Decaf is a 250g coffee that is a decaffeinated version of their popular Ethiopia Sidamo blend. It is made using the CO2 natural decaffeination process, which avoids harsh chemicals and preserves the flavor. This coffee has a creamy body and vanilla flavors, making it enjoyable even without the caffeine. It is sourced from the Sidamo region, specifically the town of Yirgalem, and is produced by the Fero cooperative, which is a member of the Sidama Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 2100 meters and is made from heirloom arabica varietals using the fully washed process. It has a balanced acidity and exhibits flavors of blackberry and vanilla, with gentle almond nuances.
This decaf cousin of Bean There's flagship Ethiopia Sidamo is made using the CO2 natural decaffeination process.
