Description
This is a description of a set of charcoal sticks called Nitram BX5. The sticks are very soft and can be used to create a black color on paper or canvas. If you need a darker black, then the Nitram Baton de Saule is more black than the Nitram BX5. The set comes with 5 sticks and is 152mm long and 5mm wide.
For the discerning artist that requires a rich black for drawing, then Nitram B is the answer. It is very soft, yet is still able to carry a point for working rich blacks into the paper or canvas.
HOWEVER if you are working on a piece that requires extra deep black – then the new Nitram Baton de Saule is more black than the Nitram B.Box contains 5 square charcoal sticks. Each stick is approximately 152mm long and 5mm wide.
