Description
The Neocolor I is a water-resistant wax pastel that is excellent for lightfastness. It is usable on various materials, such as paper, wood, cardboard, glass, leather, fabric, and stone. It is soluble in turpentine, and can be combined with Neocolour II. The Neocolor I is water-soluble.
