Description
The color is called "classic neocolor I" and is a light cobalt blue. It is water-resistant and has excellent lightfastness. It can be used on various materials, such as paper, wood, cardboard, glass, leather, fabric, and stone. It is soluble in turpentine, and can be encaustic on hot metal. It can also be combined with Neocolour II.
