Description
The artist Neopastel produces a line of paints called Gentian Blue. The paints are soft and velvety, do not powder or dry out, and have a range of 96 brilliant colors. The paints are lightfast and soluble in turpentine, but are water resistant. The paints have good thermal stability and can be mixed with finger.
