Description
This watercolour is made of synthetic hydrated iron oxide and synthetic iron oxide-carbon-calcium phosphate. The pigment is classified as a synthetic hydrated iron oxide and has a color index of PY42-PR101-PBL9. The pigment is lightfast and ASTM classifies it as a category 1 and 2 pigment. The opacity of the pigment is opaque.
One of the unique characteristics of these watercolours is the unparalleled colour strength (maximum pigmentation).
