Description
This is a description of a Pure Squirrel Pointed Wash brush. These brushes are made from the finest quality Pure Russian Blue Squirrel hair, which is ideal for water colour washes. The hairs are very fine and relatively thin, and the brushes are conical in shape with thick bellies, which enables the brush to hold a large amount of colour. They come to a very fine point, giving control with washes and the naturally soft hair ensures their responsiveness. Apart from use with water colour, these brushes are useful for gouache, silk painting and any fluid colour application.

These hand crafted brushes use natural goose quill for the ferrule which is more flexible and responsive than a metal ferrule.
