Description
Watercolour paint is made of a bright yellow-green pigment called Sap Green and can be blended with other pigments to create different shades. It is rated as excellent for lightfastness and transparency, and can be granulated for texture. Sap Green can also be used to create natural looking textures with a knife or sponge.
Sap Green (PO49 PG7) is a bright yellow-green that mixes well with most pigments. Blend with French Ultramarine to create forest shadows or with Burnt Sienna and Burnt Orange to produce warmer toned greens. Sap Green can be lifted with knife to form blades of grass of with a sponge to create natural looking textures.
