This is a review of the Monarch Brush Bright Lh No 4. This brush is designed for oil, water mixable oil, or acrylic painting. It has a short flat head and creates sharp edges with control. It is made of polyester filaments and is softer than hog bristle, making it excellent for subtle blending, glazing, and fine detail work.
