The Sofft Sponge Bars are a set of four different shaped sponges designed for use with art materials. Each sponge has a unique shape and size, designed specifically for artists and crafters. The sponge shapes are designed to replicate different brush heads, allowing for a wide range of mark making. Different effects can be achieved with each sponge, for example, by using the sides and edges. The finished effects differ from those achieved by brushes as the brush stroke is eliminated. The Sofft Sponge Bars are made with a unique semi-absorbent micropore sponge material. The sponge bars are non-abrasive for a smooth, uniform result. The Sofft Sponge Bars are versatile, inexpensive, and can be washed and reused several times.

Sofft Art Sponges are specially formulated for art applications. Each sponge has a unique shape and size, designed specifically for artists and crafters. Sofft Tools were specifically developed for use with PanPastel, but can also be used with soft pastel sticks, pencils and most water-based art and craft materials. Sofft Sponges are ideal for applying, blocking, blending, manipulating, layering, and sponging out colours.
