Description
This is a description of Dr. Ph. Martin's Radiant Watercolour Dye. This dye is brilliant concentrated and is perfect for brush, pen, or airbrush use. It is non-toxic and conforms to ASTM d-4236 AP approved standards. This dye is also suitable for use on paper, illustration board, and silk with additives. This dye is not lightfast and will fade in sunlight or fluorescent light (ultra-violet). To make this dye permanent, it can be used with salt and vinegar, alum, or soda ash (calcium carbonate). This dye is also washfast on fabric, but it is best to test first to be sure. Adding epoxy, polyurethane, or clear UVA acetate to the dye will reduce fading.
