Description
This is a description of a spade bit, a type of drill bit used for drilling into hard, soft, or chipboard materials. The bit is made of high carbon steel and has a hex shank for quick change. The bit is available in standard and pro series versions, with the pro series having spurs to cut cleaner and faster.

Standard vs. Pro series:

TIP: To avoid splintering, drill the workpiece from both ends.
