Description
This is a description of a straight bit for use with a router. The bit has a carbide tipped 6.35mm shank, which will fit most small routers, and is manufactured in Taiwan. The bit has straight cutting edges and a short overall length that reaches the required cut depth. The bit has a two-flute design that balances the bit and eliminates vibration that degrades the cut finish. Two cuts per revolution yield a smooth surface, but the feed rate is slightly reduced.
