The Tabletop Siphon Vacuum Coffee Maker is a manual brewing equipment that has been around since the 1830s and has recently regained popularity. It uses a combination of vapour-pressure and vacuum to create a clean and clear cup of coffee. The features include a syphon, plastic lid, filter assembly, cloth filter, plastic scoop/stirrer, and an alcohol burner. It is made of heat-resistant glass and is available in 3 Cup and 5 Cup sizes. By using a combination of vapour-pressure (which pushes the water into the top chamber) and a vacuum (which draws the brewed coffee back down), the syphon is able to create a uniquely clean & clear cup of coffee without any compromise on intensity.
