Description
The Inducta Tamagoyaki Pan is a Japanese-style omelette pan that features a double non-stick coating, an aluminium base, and a bakelite handle. It is suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction, and is dishwasher safe.
Tamagoyaki (tamago=egg and yaki=roast) is a typical rolled Japanese omelette. There are many different recipes, sweet or savoury, and usually made with Dashi (Japanese broth) or Mirin (Japanese vinegar), but may also be made with soy sauce, the most common ingredient in our
