Take It Easy Threshhold Tablets are a natural solution for pain relief, containing Threshhold Real MSM or Methylsulphonylmethane, a substance found naturally in the body. The tablets also contain magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and a vegetable cellulose coating. They do not contain lactose, preservatives, synthetic colorings, or artificial flavors. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years old is 2 tablets daily with breakfast, but this can be increased if needed without side effects.
