Usage instructions:Dosage and directions for use: Children 2 to 4 years: Take 1 burstlet daily. Children 4 years and older: Take 1 to 2 burstlets daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

2. Twist and squirt: Twist or cut off the tail of the burstlet. Squeeze the fish body, delivering a precise dose of fruity fish oil into your child's mouth or onto your child's favourite food.
3. Dissolve in the mouth: The burstlet can be sucked until the contents have been released into the mouth. The burstlet can then be chewed or swallowed or expelled from the child's mouth.
