The Times Tables Tests Book 1 is a series of tests that help children learn multiplication and division facts, as well as develop their understanding of number vocabulary. Progress Tests are also included in this book, which allows children to see their achievements build over time.
The Times Tables Tests series helps to secure children's knowledge and application of essential multiplication and division facts - as appropriate to their Key Stage - and to develop their understanding of number vocabulary. In addition, Progress Tests enable children to see their achievements build over time. All the tests are similar in format to those in Schofield & Sims Mental Arithmetic and may be used in conjunction with this series or independently. Times Tables Tests 1 focuses particularly on: the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 times tables, doubling and halving, simple fractions, coins and sums of money and units of measurement for length/mass/capacity.
