Description
The Wusthof Cutting Mat Small is a small flexible plastic chopping board that is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). This special material acts like a buffer, protecting delicate knife blades from damage. The board can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 to +150 C and can be sterilized - simply pour boiling water over it and within 30 seconds at up to 150 C it will be sterilized.
