Description
This wine is made by Martin Moore and Wilhelm Coetzee, and is a Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a ruby red in colour, and has aromas of dark fruit's, ripe berries, cherries, and sweet spice with well-integrated wood. The taste is elegant, full-bodied, with sweet berry fruit's on the palate balanced by velvety tannins and exceptional wood structure. There are also notes of tobacco and cigar-box on the after-taste. This wine is best served with plainly-grilled lazy aged steak, chateaubriand, roast lamb with rosemary or thyme, pan-fried liver, cheddar and Emmenthal cheese.
