This stainless steel milk frothing thermometer has a Celsius and Fahrenheit dial and is designed to clip easily to the side of a jug or saucepan to monitor the temperature as the milk is being warmed or frothed. The ideal froth temperature for cappuccinos is between 65-70 degrees Celsius (149-158 degrees Fahrenheit).
The easy to read Celsius and Fahrenheit dial has the ideal frothing temperature outlined, and clips easily to the side of a jug or saucepan to monitor the temperature as the milk is being warmed / frothed. For perfect froth for cappuccinos, liquid should reach a temperature of between 65 - 70C.
