Description
This is a recipe for slow roasted cherry tomatoes with rosemary and olive oil. The cherry tomatoes are marinated in a flavoured vinaigrette and can be used as a topping for pasta, rice, or vegetables. There are four flavours available - original, aubergine and thyme, rosemary and olive, and chili and coriander.
