Down naturally regulates to the temperature of your body, so the higher the down content of the pillow, the more insulation it provides. The pillow adjusts to the shape of your head and neck in any sleeping position, and is encased with 100% cotton down-proof fabric, so no filling can escape. The pillow is suitable for cold weather (10.5 tog rating).
