Description
The Scanpan Classic Chef Pan With Lid is a pressure-cast aluminum pan with a ceramic titanium non-stick finish. The side handles make it easy to lift and the even distribution of heat ensures even cooking. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended because the pan is oven-safe to 260 degrees Celsius.
With two wide handles on the side to facilitate lifting and non-stick cooking surface this is a dream pan to won. This pan is constructed with a pressure-cast aluminum body to ensure even heating without warping. The ceramic titanium compound is super-heated, then fired onto the pan's exterior for an extraordinarily hard surface.
