It is a 30mm Cantilever Scope Mount with Lightweight Upper Ring, Rail Upper Ring and 45 Offset Rail Scope Centerline at 1 1/2" AR15 Height. It Includes a Lightweight Upper Ring half, and a Picatinny Rail Upper Upper Ring Half for mounting accessories to the Top of the Scope Reversible (left or right side) 45 Offset Rail Mount for mounting a secondary Optic, such as a Micro Dot Reflex Optic for close range Targets. The Dual Locking Quick Release Mounts, allows you to quickly mount a 30mm scope onto your Picatinny Rail.
