Description
This document provides information on Gamblin Artists Oil Whites, a type of white paint. The paint is made of zinc oxide and linseed oil, and is semi-transparent. It is recommended for use in glazing, scumbling, and alla prima painting. It is less hiding power than other whites, and takes longer to dry. It is brittle, so painters should not use it as a general painting white unless painting on panel.
