Usage instructions:Directions for use: Pour one cup of freshly boiled water over one teabag of Sela bladder & kidney tea. Allow teabag to draw for 5 to 10 minutes; cover for maximum effect.Drink whilst warm.For best results, take 1 to 4 teabags daily.You can use your teabag twice!It is important to drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day.
