Description
This is a Shun Premier Small Hammered Santoku Knife 14CM. It is handcrafted from corrosion resistant 32 layer damask steel and has a hand-hammered surface, known in Japan as Tsuchime. The blades have a core of VG-10 steel with a Rockwell hardness of 61. The handle is made from walnut.
