This saw is designed for cutting holes in sheet metals up to 3mm in thickness. It can be used to cut into mild steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum, brass, and alloy steel. The pilot drill bits are available separately, and the saw also comes with a spare cutter for each of the following sizes: 16mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, and 35mm. The saw also comes with a lubricant tip for cutting into aluminum.

Use paraffin or beeswax when cutting into aluminium. Use
CT-90 or a general-purpose lubricating oil when cutting into steel.
