Description
This is a description of Magnesium Carbonate, which is traditionally used to stiffen ink and to reduce the gloss level of ink. It is recommended that it is added in small amounts at a time, and it can be used with both Etching and Relief Inks. Mix well and keep away from excessive heat.
Traditionally used to stiffen ink, Magnesium Carbonate can reduce
the gloss level of ink and when added to ink it becomes transparent
- there will be no alteration of colour of the ink. It is
recommended that it is added in small amounts at a time - little is
needed to add body to an ink. Magnesium Carbonate can be used with
both Etching and Relief Inks. Mix well and keep away from excessive
heat.
