Description
The Deck Oven Anvil is a 6 tray oven with a triple deck. The front face is made of stainless steel, the side, top and rear panels are painted mild steel, and the interior is lighted. The oven has a capacity of 12 pizzas, and can reach a temperature of 300 degrees Celsius. The power is provided by a 380 volt, 3 phase, 50Hz system. The dimensions are 1210 x 895 x 1935mm, and the weight is 250kg.
