Description
The Induction Warmer 2KW is a single unit designed for buffet heating applications. It should not be used for cooking or heating up water in a chafing dish. Water must be pre-heated before being poured into the water pan and kept below 90C to keep food warm. The IND0002 model has an output of 2000W and the IND1001 model has an output of 3500W. Both models have a voltage range of 220-240V and different dimensions and weights.
