This is a frying pan made by Ballarini Siena. It is a non-stick pan with a quartz plus coating that is resistant to rust and features a stainless steel screw to prevent it from corroding. The pan is oven proof up to 160 degrees Celsius and is dishwasher safe. The pan is made in Italy.
