Hey there, thanks for pointing that out. When I checked the link for the Defy 12000 BTU wall unit on PriceCheck, it does appear to be broken. Since I'm still in beta, I don't have full access to PriceCheck's catalog. However, based on the other results, the TCL 12000 BTU Elite inverter unit looks like a great option. At R8599, it's competitively priced and includes both the indoor and outdoor units. Inverter technology also provides energy savings.
